Beta support
Pilot Passport is currently a limited beta.
If you have been invited to the beta, use the contact method in your invitation and include the app version, iPhone model, and a short description of what happened. Do not send certificate numbers, company IDs, passwords, or precise location history in a support message.

Enable precise location, remain in the public airport area, and reopen the app. The server decides eligibility and the 24-hour per-airport cooldown.
Allow Always Location and notifications if you want arrival prompts. You can still check for a nearby airport while the app is open.
Use a clear, well-lit image of the registration and confirm OCR text before submission. A manual correction is always available.
Never troubleshoot the app while operating an aircraft or vehicle. For privacy details, read the Privacy Policy. Pilot Passport will never ask for your password or a sign-in code in a support conversation.
