Beta terms
Rules for a trusted collection.
Last updated September 13, 2026
These terms apply to the limited Pilot Passport beta. By using the beta, you agree to use it honestly, safely, and in accordance with applicable law and workplace policy.
Eligibility and accounts
The initial beta is intended for eligible NetJets and Flexjet pilots. You must provide accurate account and verification information, protect access to your account, and promptly report unauthorized use. Access may be refused or revoked if eligibility cannot be verified.
Safe use comes first
Never use Pilot Passport while operating an aircraft, vehicle, or equipment when doing so would be unsafe or prohibited. Do not enter restricted areas, interfere with operations, or violate airport, operator, employer, or regulatory rules to obtain a collectible. An app notification is not operational guidance.
Claim integrity
Airport and aircraft collectibles are meant to reflect genuine encounters. Do not falsify location, evidence, identity, aircraft registrations, or verification material; automate claims; exploit cooldowns; or coordinate abusive activity. We may reject, reverse, or review claims and rankings when integrity is uncertain.
Beta availability
The beta is provided for evaluation and may contain defects, change without notice, lose data, or become unavailable. Features, supported airports, eligibility rules, and ranking logic may change before release. Pilot Passport is not a certified logbook, navigation tool, flight-planning system, safety system, or source of official aviation records.
Your content and app materials
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Pilot Passport the limited permission needed to host, process, validate, and display that content according to your settings and the product's operation. The app, branding, artwork, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Acceptable use
Do not probe or disrupt the service, access another person's private data, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another pilot, or use the service to track or harass people or aircraft. We may suspend access to protect users, providers, or the integrity of the beta.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, the beta is provided “as is” without warranties. Pilot Passport is not responsible for decisions made using incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate app information. You remain responsible for compliance, safety, and appropriate professional judgment.
Changes and ending use
You may stop using the beta at any time. We may update these terms or end access as the product evolves. Material updates will be reflected by changing the date above or communicating through an appropriate beta channel.
